Refund policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, Super Streak follows a strict safety-based return policy.

1. Cancellation
    • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

2. Returns
    • Returns are accepted only if:
    • Wrong item or damaged item is delivered

3. Reporting Timeline
Customers must notify us within:
48 hours of delivery
via: support@superstreak.in
with:
    • Order ID
    • Photos of damaged product

4. Refund / Replacement
Upon verification, we will offer:
✔ Replacement
OR
✔ Refund (processed within 5–7 working days)

5. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
    • Taste preference
    • Improper storage after delivery
    • Opened or consumed products

6. COD Orders
Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for return unless damaged upon delivery.
